Due to the Covid-19 influenza making its round worldwide, all orders will be disinfected before they are sent out. Due to this, please expect a 3-4days delay before parcels are sent.

What is "P4P"?
- P4P is an acronym for "Pay for Production"
- This is only applicable for Danmei (耽美) items where the story and characters are copyrighted by JJWXC (晋江文学城) and the authors of these stories are not allowed to support the production of "fan-made" goods as stated in their employment contracts.
- To by-pass this regulation, fans have taken to creating products "bartering" them or even "giving" them out at cost price and lower!

- TLRD; if fans don't earn $, we won't get into trouble with copyright laws even if we do not have the rights.

Where are you shipping from?
- Parcels will be shipped from Singapore!

Why is shipping priced that way?
- Shipping price is inclusive of the following:
- Packing costs (bubble mail pack, label printing etc.).

When will my parcel be shipped out?
- Within two week's time.
- Once a tracking number has been sent to you via PayPal or Bigcartel, it means that your parcel has been shipped out!

How will my parcel be sent?
- Parcels will be sent using Singpost: Registered Airmail or Local Registered Mail.
- Both options will come with tracking.
- Do note that tracking capability for Airmail will be minimal.
- (tracking within destination country will depend on your country/city's postal systems).

Where do I find my tracking number?
- A day or so after your parcel has been sent out, a tracking number will be sent to you via PayPal / Bigcartel.

How long will my parcel take to arrive?
- It might take from 2-20weeks for your parcel to arrive, depending on where you are from.
- Local (SG) parcels will take 1-2weeks to arrive.

Can I select a non-tracking option for my parcel?
- No. All parcels will be sent using Singpost's Registered Airmail or Local Registered Mail.

Can I make changes to my order after payment is made?
- YES, if your order is placed LESS than 24hours. Contact me on any of my social media / email me with your order details ASAP!
- NO, if your order is placed MORE than 24hours ago. Your order would have been packed...

How do pre-orders work?
- Pre-orders are for products that I do not have stock on-hand.
- Production and receiving of the products will take about 3-4weeks hence the 1 month waiting time before parcels are sent out.

How long do I have to wait for
Sold-Out items to be re-stocked?
- It will depend on the type of item you are purchasing.
- If it is a usual selling-price item, it will be re-stocked within a month!
- If it is a P4P item, then you will need to wait until the next P4P opens.
